If this is what hell feels like then we better straighten up



This new heat wave that has settled over the entire east coast, temperatures have rose to 105 degrees in some areas. It is responsible for nearly 2 dozens deaths. Researchers say, this is the first summer in over a decade where temperatures rose so rapidly. Temperatures are expected to be in the 100's for the next couple of days.
Well what can we do to stay cool? It is suggested that you stay well hydrated, drink plenty of water, and stay away from caffeine and alcohol because they are known to dehydrate. Stay indoors in air conditioned rooms. Use fans, they tend to circulate air around rooms. Where loose-fitting, light-colored clothing that is suitable for warm weather conditions. Change your exercise routine times, instead of running during the day, take late-night jogs. Keep a small water spray bottle on you, and throughout the day spray your face with it. And lastly change your food intake, instead of hot fatty foods; try eating smaller, lighter cold meals.
